Fiona Grant joined AFReC and PBS in January 2008 as Business Manager for both companies. She has a B Bus Sc (special field: personnel management) from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada.

Fiona worked in the field of human resource management for a large clothing company for 7 years, before moving into production planning and then production management. After 11 years in the clothing industry, she moved into the non-profit sector. She was General Manager for the Centre for Conflict Resolution for 5 years, with responsibility for financial and human resource management, the management of the physical infrastructure, library and publications. From 2004 to 2007, she was Chief Executive Officer for St Luke’s Hospice.

Fiona has extensive experience in the development and implementation of systems, structures, policies and procedures for small to medium sized companies. She has a particular interest in human resource management, conflict resolution and corporate governance.
